Facebook and Instagram Data

Our use of information received from Facebook and Instagram APIs adheres to the Facebook Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy.

Retention of Data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above or as required by law. Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted.

  1. Send an email to support@socialpostflow.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. We will respond and process your request within 3 business days.

You may also remove Social Post Flow’s access at any time from the social media service.

Disclosure to Third Parties

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Support tools (HelpScout)
  • Hosting providers and technical infrastructure services
